I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with well over a thousand of formal education, offering a holistic approach to health and well-being. As a Certified Lymphatic Therapist, I specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Method) and Complete Decongestive Therapy, certified by the esteemed Academy of Lymphatic Studies.  I also completed a 750-hour Holistic Nutrition Practitioner program through the accredited college of Southwest Healing Arts (SWIHA).  So yes, I do believe food is medicine.

My passion for supporting expecting mothers has led me to specialize in pregnancy massage, where I offer personalized care to nurture both mother and baby. I also provide couples classes for pregnancy massage, empowering partners to connect and support each other during this special time.

In addition to my massage therapy practice, I am also a dedicated Sound Healer and offer guided meditation classes, helping clients achieve deeper relaxation and spiritual balance.  I take pride in supporting my neurodivergent clients by providing them with a safe environment where their sensory and special needs are respected and accommodated.
